Verify Your Accreditation

Verifying your accreditation is a required step when investing. We’ve made that process simple for you.

These offerings are only available to investors who have been verified as accredited. If you’re ready to proceed, we must first verify you are an accredited investor (click to see IRS definition.). To satisfy the requirement, please verify your accreditation by choosing one of the options below:

Items you can upload – Pick 1:

Brokerage Statement, Retirement Account, Bank Statement, and Consumer Credit Report showing net worth in excess of $1MM.

A letter from a registered broker-dealer, an investment adviser registered with the SEC, a licensed attorney who is in good standing, or a Certified Public Accountant stating that you are an accredited investor.
A Form W-2, Form 1099, Schedule K-1 to form 1065, Form 1040, or other satisfactory IRS form for each of the preceding two years showing the threshold level of income of over $200,000 annually or $300,000 combined income with your spouse.

If we have an existing letter on file for you that is less than 90 days old, you can skip this step.
