Anthony co-founded First National Realty Partners (FNRP) with his partner, Christopher Palermo, in 2015. Their goal was to create a Real Estate Acquisitions and Operating Platform that would allow high-net-worth individuals and family offices to invest in institutional-quality grocery-anchored commercial real estate.
Through their leadership, FNRP now owns and operates a growing portfolio valued at over $1B.
Early on, Anthony and Christopher saw the opportunity to enhance investor returns by managing all aspects of the real estate process fully in-house. Instead of outsourcing key functions like property management, leasing, and acquisitions that most private equity real estate funds outsource, FNRP owns the entire process. This vertically integrated focus has allowed FNRP to have more control over the property and deal in order to maximize ROI and enhance investment values for investors.
Anthony focuses his time and efforts at FNRP on strategic planning, investments, and identifying new business opportunities for the firm.
Prior to founding FNRP, Anthony worked six years in the investment banking industry in various roles, including being the vice president of an independent broker-dealer. During this time, Anthony worked closely with investors and bankers on investment offerings.
Anthony attended Florida State University on a full athletic scholarship to play division one football for the Seminoles. In his free time, Anthony focuses on helping to increase awareness and education on real estate investing. To support these efforts, Anthony has co-authored two books on commercial real estate investing including, The Art of Commercial Real Estate and Value Added Real Estate. Anthony is an active philanthropist and when not in the office, enjoys traveling with family and friends.
