As Chief Revenue Officer, Sam oversees FNRP’s leasing operations and revenue-focused initiatives across the firm’s national portfolio. He works cross-functionally to drive leasing performance, optimize tenant mix, and strengthen retailer relationships that support FNRP’s long-term investment strategy. Sam has played a key role in scaling the firm’s leasing platform, streamlining deal execution, and expanding its national reach — efforts that contribute to ongoing portfolio growth and operational excellence.

Sam brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on strategic leasing, asset management, and value creation. Prior to joining FNRP, he held senior leadership roles overseeing large-scale portfolios, including the leasing and redevelopment of regional malls, open-air centers, and mixed-use properties. His experience includes managing teams, structuring complex deals, and driving performance across multi-million-square-foot portfolios.

Sam holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance & Economics and Accounting from Lipscomb University. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He now resides in Nashville, TN, and enjoys spending his spare time with his wife Lisa, their two grandchildren, and their families.
