FNRP’s Deal Webinars are the tool we use to introduce our deals to our accredited investors. Every webinar has a brief overview of our firm followed by an overview of each direct deal we syndicate and a dedicated live Q&A session.

We currently launch deals every 3-4 weeks. You’ll receive an email, SMS, and maybe a telephone invitation the week leading up to the live event.

The webinars last about 1-hour. 15-20 minutes for the deal presentation and the remainder of the time will be spent taking questions from the panelists.

Absolutely! You’ll be able to type your questions into the Q&A box during the webinar. Enter as many questions as you like and we’ll do our best to answer them during the Q&A session at the end of the webinar.

The Deal Room is a website where you can secure your position in the deal. You’ll also find all of the due diligence information we compiled during our analysis to include a drone video presentation, cost & income models, rent rolls, asset management plans, photos, and much more.
